========================================================= [Follow-up News] Character transfers to the Taiwanese Server(Android)
As we have announced earlier, we will be transferring account data from the Japanese Server to the Taiwanese Server for players in the Japanese Server. For players who wish to transfer accounts please apply during the reception period stated.
--Notes on account transfers -We cannot accept transfers with deficiency in the information sent or proceeded with the wrong applying steps. For case in which there is deficiency in the information sent, we do accept reapplications only during the stated period. We ask that you apply in advance. -Transfers will be held on the gmail accounts and AppleIDs currently used in the Japanese Server. -Transfers will be done with each account so we cannot fulfill requests such as “Just transferring one character of the same account”. -If the character name already exists in the Taiwanese Server, it will have to be renamed. In that case, you will need to reset the name in initial log in. Note that in such cases like the above, character names will not be the same before and after transfers. -The rewards of the cleared Achievements of all characters in your account must be already received in order to start the transfer. -The attached items in mails will disappear with transfers, so please apply after you have received all of them. We cannot restore your disappeared items due to transferring. -After the transfer, your selected character in the Japanese Server will no longer be available for use. -In case in which there is a character in the Taiwanese Server during transfer, the character in the Taiwanese Server will be deleted. -Transfers will be done in the order received. Please note in advance that it may take more time according to the numbers applied.

--Requirements upon inquiry Please ensure that you contact us from "Contact" shown in the left side of the title screen in the launched AVABEL application. Note that we cannot identify your accounts when contacted from the official site which will be required for the procedures. Please write the name of the character specifically you wish to transfer.
--Information that will be transferred The following information of all characters in the account will be transferred -Lv -Items in the Bag and Storage -Owned Gold -Cleared Achievement status -Main tower progress status -Dungeon (Random Dungeon) progress status -Cleared mission status and cleared time records -Character names (Cases in which they do not overlap)
The following will not be transferred. -Mail -Guild -Information on the belonged guild -Friends information -Black List information -PvP points -Character names (Cases in which they do overlap)
